Soleil Studios is a creative and events studio creating thoughtfully styled events, brand activations, and sensory-led experiences. We offer creative strategy, concept development, event styling, end-to-end planning, and on-the-day coordination — all rooted in connection, emotion, and community.
What types of events do you work on?
From intimate dinners and supper clubs to bold brand activations, we create events that connect you with your community, showcase your products, and elevate your brand, each one intentional and uniquely you.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out as early as possible, especially for larger or more detailed events. That said, if your timeline is tight, still get in touch — we’ll always do our best to make the magic happen.
How do I get started?

If you wan us to plan your event, fill in he events form for more details and we’ll be in touch to chat through your vision and see how we can bring it to life together.
Do you offer full planning or just styling?
Both! We can support you with full end-to-end planning and logistics, or step in for creative direction and styling only. Everything is flexible and tailored to what you need.
Do you handle everything on the day of the event?
Yes, from set-up and styling to guest flow and coordination, our goal is to make sure your only job is to show up, be fully present and enjoy yourselves while we take care of the details behind the scenes. We also offer content coordinating services for your event, where we storyboard, plan and capture event content in real time, so the special moments and memories last long after (and looks good on your socials too!).
